M1916 Colt holster for M1911 Colt pistol. Nice and solid dark brown leather construction. The flap is embossed with the “US” letters.
The back is has the manufacturer stamp “Graton Knight Co” and is not dated. Graton Knight Co, also known as G & K Co is known for manufacturing WWI and WWII M1916 Colt holster.
It still has its original leather leg strap.
