Japanese national flag, nicknamed "Meatball" by the US troops. This particular type is a good luck flag (Hinomaru Yosegaki), carried by most Japanese soldier during WW2 to provide them good luck on the battlefield. They were also a prized trophy / WW2 souvenir for the US troops fighting on the Pacific theater of Operation.

Fabric construction with ties on both corners. Early to mid-war production.

Drapeau national Japonais, surnommé “Meatball” (Boulette de viande) par les troupes Américaines. Plus particulièrement, ce drapeau est un drapeau porte-bonheur (Hinomaru Yosegaki), porté par la plupart des soldats Japonais pendant la Seconde Guerre Mondiale afin de leur porter bonheur sur le champ de bataille. Ils étaient également un trophée / souvenir prisé par les troupes US combattants sur le front Pacifique.

Construction en tissu et cordes de maintien aux deux coins. Construction précoce jusqu’à mi-guerre.

Condition :

Ce drapeau monte beaucoup de tâches et d’usage, mais est encore très présentable.
