ERDL (Engineer Research Development Laboratory) tropical leaf ERDL (Engineer Research Development Laboratory) tropical leaf pattern camouflage combat trousers. These trousers are made of “ripstop” fabric and were manufactured in 1970 by Crane Mfg. Co.
Nice size and nomenclature tags.
The size tag indicates:
Small Regular
Waist: Below 27 in.
Inseam: 29 ½ to 32 ½ inches.

The nomenclature tag indicates:
Trousers, Man’s camouflage cotton
Wind resistant poplin class 2
DSA 100-70-C-0136 100% cotton
Instructions
Wear as outer garment in tropical areas.
Adjust waist size by straps on sides of waistband.
Blouse trouser cuffs outside of boots by means of drawstring at bottom of each trouser leg.
Trousers can be hand laundered. Make sure all soap is thoroughly rinsed out.
